1、安装python-2.7.6.amd64.msi并配置环境变量 Path :C:\Python27
2、检验python是否安装配置成功：打开cmd，输入python，如果出现以下界面，则说 明你的python安装成功了
3、安装第三方的模块02_Pillow-2.4.0.win-amd64-py2.7.exe

5、在python27安装目录下按Shift键加鼠标右键在此处打开命令窗口，将需要切成单独小图片的TexturePacker的plist图片放到python 27安装目录里命令行： python unpack_plist.py shop文件名称比如： python unpack_plist.py shop(我的plist文件全名为 ui.plist)
