第二步：从侧面操作：左手拿镜框，右手拿镜腿倾斜60度放入镜框凹槽内，然后旋转至平行于镜框。 The second step:From the side operation:Left hand hold the frame, right hand hold the temple tilted 60 degrees into the frame groove, and then rotated to parallel to the frame.
第三步：从正面操作：左图为：（向内调整）左手拿住槽条，右手姆指顶着镜框向左推入。右图为：（向外调整）左手拿住槽条，右手食指勾住镜框，拇指顶住槽条小力向右拉。The third step:From the front side operation:Left picture : (inward adjustment) left hand holding groove, the right thumb against the frame and push into the groove to the left.Right picture : (outward adjustment) left hand holding groove, the right index finger hook frame, use thumb against groove and pull frame to the right .
第四步：槽条和镜框后面有2个刻度的调节位，可以根据您的鼻梁高低、脸型大小、以及瞳距进行左右调节。The fourth step:The back groove and frame with 2 scale adjustment, can abjust distance left and right according to your nose height, your face, your PD.

注意！ 瞳距是左右两眼瞳孔之间的距离。 配镜片时候，必须固定好镜框位置才能进行配片。
