1.2现在进行时现在进行时表示说话时正在进行的动作或现阶段正在进行的动作。例如：The boys are playing football right now.男生们正在踢足球。He is writing a book about Chinese history these days.这些天他正在写一本关于中国历史的书。现在进行时的具体用法如下表所示：用法例句表示正在进行的动作All the students in my class are doing their homework表示现阶段正在进行而此刻不一定进行的动作1）We are using a new textbook2）We are studying Spanish this semester表示将要发生的动作，一般跟时间状语，表明动作发生的时间。常见的动词有：arrive, begin, come, go, leave, start, stay等。1）They are going on a holiday in a week.2）Now we are leaving the business district and approaching the harbor.3）How many students are coming to the meeting?现在进行时可与always,forever, continually,constantly等副词连用，表示反复出现的或习惯性的动作，含有抱怨、感叹、厌倦等感情色彩。1）She is always thinking of herself.2）Why are you constantly asking such a stupid question?通常某些表示看法、认识、知觉、感觉、情感、愿望或某种状态的动词一般不用现在进行时。如：be, belong, believe, feel, find, hate, have, hear, hope, like, look, love, suppose, see, think, wish等。现在进行时通常与now, at present, at this moment, these days等时间状语连用。它由“be(am/is/are)+动词的现在分词”构成。动词的现在分词的构成规则遵循以下规则：1）一般情况下，在单词的后面直接加-ing。2）以不发音的-e结尾的，去-e加-ing。3）以一个元音字母加一个辅音字母结尾的，双写末尾的辅音字母加-ing。4）以-c结尾的，通常在末尾加-king。（目的为了保留-c发[k]的音）
