Under 'Malaysia My Second Home' (MM2H), participants may purchase a new locally assembled car while enjoying an exemption on excise duty and sales tax. If you are a foreigner participating in MM2H, Honda Malaysia invites you to take advantage of this benefit when purchasing your new Honda.马来西亚第二家园计划下的参与者可购买一辆全新的本地组装车，同时享受免征消费税和销售税。如果你是参与MM2H计划的外国人，马来西亚本田邀请您在购买新本田车的时候享受这个优惠。Please read through these Terms & Conditions and Procedures to apply for your Honda car under MM2H. 请仔细阅读以下条款及条件和程序来申请一辆MM2H计划下的本田车。
Purchase of locally-assembled car has to be completed within 12 months from the endorsement of the MM2H Social Visit Pass.参与者从拿到MM2H签证起的12个月内完成免税车的购买流程。Participants are only allowed to sell their locally purchased car after 3 years' stay on the programme.MM2H参与者只允许在这个计划内3年后才可以卖这部免税车。The MM2H participant is eligible for tax/duty exemption for only ONE car.MM2H参与者只能享有一辆车的免税资格。
第二家园签证批准函的复印件A certified copy of the letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia confirming your participation in MM2H.
护照资料页和MM2H签证页的复印件A certified copy of your international passport (the page with personal details and the page with Multiple Entry Visa and the words 'Malaysia My Second Home Programme').
来自授权经销商的预定表格（任意本田授权经销商处下单预订之后拿到）Booking form from authorised Honda dealer (provided upon booking made at any authorised Honda dealer).
无任何索偿记录的证明/可选Certificate of no claim record/NCD (optional).
第二家园计划下的车辆免税申请（财政部申请所需文件），下载财政部的申请表（PDF）Application for exemption of tax and duty on motorcar under MM2H programme. (Required document for MOF approval.) Download the MOF offer letter application form (PDF).
财政部的批准信（由财政部签发）Offer letter from MOF approved (issued by MOF).
国际驾照或大马驾照International Driving License or Malaysian Driving License.
到本田指定的经销商处下单预定。携带文件(1)、(2)、(4)， 一经预定，经销商会提供一份预定表格(3)。Visit a Honda authorised dealer to place your booking. Bring along documents (1), (2) and (4). Upon booking, the dealer will provide the booking form (3).
把文件(1)、(2)、(3)和(5)提交到财政部申请免税，批准之后财政部会出一封批准信(6)。Submit documents (1), (2), (3) and (5) to apply for exemption of tax and duty to the Ministry of Finance (MOF). MOF will provide the offer letter (6) to you once
把财政部出的批准信(6)给经销商，以便于他们从HMSB预定车辆（HMSB=HONDA Malaysia SDN BHD ）。Submit the offer letter (6) from MOF to the dealer for them to make a car reservation from HMSB.
HMSB会出一张确认信给经销商，说明型号、底盘号和发动机号。HMSB will issue a confirmation letter to the dealer stating the model, chassis and engine number.
你的本田经销商会把确认信和相关要求的文件提交到财政部。Your Honda dealer will forward the confirmation letter along with required documents to MOF.
一旦财政部批准，你的经销商会经由HMSB把批准信的复印件连同所需文件提交到海关。 Once approved by MOF, your dealer will submit a copy of the approval letter and the required documents to the Customs ad Excise Department via HMSB.
海关批准之后，HMSB会通知经销商，然后你就可以付款给经销商。Upon Customs approval, HMSB will inform the dealer. You then make full payment to the dealer.
HMSB会把车子送到经销商那里。HMSB will deliver the car to your dealer.
你的新车就等待提车了。Your new Honda is ready for collection!
MM2H的免税车如果一年内不能过来购买，就需要申请延期一年，网上操作就可以，何时提出就从何时开始起算一年，但要有充分理由才能延期成功。
