书写就如同是一个人的相貌，在看到的第一眼好感度增加的是最多的，而阅卷老师是不会有大量的时间来专注于一篇作文的，每篇作文一般耗时1分钟，而在这其中，她还需要找你的5个打分点，看你的主句语法是否正确，所以这个时候，整洁工整的书写就至关重要了。
这里说的书写漂亮，并不是要求你要写英语的花体字，说实话花体字是很美观，但是并不容易辨认，所以我们写印刷体是最好辨认的，对于阅卷老师的眼睛是最具有缓冲效果的，自然也是最容易的高分的。虽然上面附的是西班牙语的抄写，但是这样的书写是最好的。
在这里同样想要强调的是书写的工具，网上阅卷的弊端在于扫描上去的字会变细，0.5毫米的字写上去就像是0.35的，某知名中学在写作文的时候是要求学生用1.0的黑色签字笔写，这样的话，更容易辨认。
分清楚书面表达要求的体裁：书信体【着重在交际功能】、议论文、说明文、图表作文等等。书信体又包括了：投诉信、建议信、请求信、邀请信、道歉信、感谢信、询问信、推荐信（求职/求学）。
学会使用一些高级词汇，目的就是不要重复，否则会显得你的词汇量很缺乏，整篇作文看起来很单调。有利于：to have advantages, beneficial,favourable.漂亮的：pretty,smart,lovely,adorable,beautiful,good-looking,handsome,brilliant聪明的：clever,wise,intelligent,knowledgeable.
