1、选用最新版的STS：spring-tool-suite-3.9.2.RELEASE

2、解压到无中文无乱码的路径下，并修改sts-bundle/sts-3.9.0.RELEASE/sts.ini文件

4、设置Web透视图并保存 （1）需要保留的视窗：Package Explorer

（2）保存当前设置：Window→Save Perspective As→Web

5、设置JavaEE透视图并保存（1）需要保留的视窗：Package Explorer、OutLine、Console、Server、Navigator

（2）保存当前设置：Window→Save Perspective As→JavaEE

6、设置New...菜单操作路径：Window→Customer Perspective→Menu Visibility→只将需要的留下

7、设置字符显示大小 操作路径：Window→Preferences→General→Appearance→Colors and Fonts→Basic→Text Font→Edit→大小
