三个窍门让最难炒的花椰菜入味

点击进入我的微博：我的轻博客：　　昨天陪好男儿去图书馆包汤圆了。年初一他去借书，图书馆的一个工作人员邀请他参加元宵节的包汤圆活动。前天下午图书馆里的工作人员还打来电话，再次告诉我们时间和具体地点。　　昨天下午，Vincent睡好午觉，大概一点五十我们出发，不过图书馆就在家门口，走一下三分钟都不用。我们到了那里，好多人已经在了，还看到了电视台也在拍摄。先签名报到后工作人员嘱咐我们要洗手后才能进去。我们被分在第5组，一共有8组，每组8个小朋友，大多数小朋友是爷爷奶奶陪来的。我们看见桌子上做汤圆的原料都已经准备好了，而且面团都已经揉好了，馅料是红豆沙。我原来倒想要一试身手，没等我动手，两位主持人说了，大人不可以帮忙，要让小孩子自己包汤圆！主持人介绍了元宵节，提了几个问题让小朋友回答后，大家就开始忙活了。可是小朋友们哪会包汤圆啊，再说包馅也算有点技术含量的啊。这不，你看，很多小朋友怎么都不能把红豆沙包进汤圆，都露馅了。我家好男儿包的也惨不忍睹。这时，我看见小朋友边上的奶奶们终于憋不住了，赶紧抢过活来做了！我么，比较镇定！就权当好男儿的一次玩耍，那么认真干嘛啊哈哈！好男儿最终包了十个汤圆，后面几个确实包的比前面好多了！恩,非常不错！工作人员最后根据每组的整体表现，给大家发奖。我们组是优胜奖，就是最后一个档次，不过，玩的很开心，收获了汤圆还有小奖品啊哈哈！　　我们发现蔬菜中最难炒的其实就是花椰菜。我上次看到一位网友说，这花椰菜，毫无水分，放到油里怎么炒啊？有的说用水煮，可是到最后把菜煮黄了不说还不好吃啊！那就分享一下我的做法。原料：花椰菜　香肠调料:生粉　盐　　香油做法:1.花椰菜掰开后在水里冲洗干净;2.锅里放水,水开后放入花椰菜焯水一分钟左右;3.香肠切片备用;4.热锅冷油加入香肠,炒出香味;5.加入花椰菜,翻炒;6.加盐调味;7.勾薄欠;8.淋上香油就可以出锅了。要点：1.花椰菜炒的时间久了一来颜色难看，二来味道也不好了，所以我们先焯水，这样可以缩短炒的时间，焯过水的花椰菜也比较容易吸入味道；2.让花椰菜入味，我们可以选择加肉，肉丝，香肠都是不错的选择；3.勾薄欠也很重要，让味道都包裹在花椰菜里，这样的花椰菜不仅味道好，还有多汁的感觉，最后淋上香油味道更上一层！　　　　　　　　拍照的时候发现香肠太大片了啊，好吧，用铲子再弄小点了啊哈哈！学习英语：　　　　　　　Listen to your inner voice倾听心声我们常常彷徨于人生的十字路口。有些人随波逐流，把赌注压在他人身上。有些人听天由命，笃定天不欺人。可是，何必操之过急，保持淡定，倾听心声。Is there inside you?Very much,ever since you were brought into this world. when you coulden'topen your mouth till the first two years on planet earth, innervoice is the one through which you interpreted and understoodthings.　　从我们来到这个世界的那一刻起，请仔细聆听你的心灵．在来到这个世界的最初的两年里，我们还不能开口讲话，心灵是我们理解事物的一种方式．Inner voice is the voice mouth ofthe subconscious mind .The subconscious mind is always acting as asecondary reflector of thoughts and ideas in the body.
