And this word is always given a flattering and compliment sense.However , a positive word can not always be applied well in all the settings. To be specific, in most cases, a more practical way-holding and pursuing  a realistic plan is more acceptable.   4. 主体段1：First , for a young man in school , realistic goals rather than ambitious ones can accommodate eternal motivation of academic  study. As it may be known to all,deep motivation for study drives a student to pursue his academic without much complain of tiredness and dullness.
